KEY Apparel is a clothing company located in Fort Scott, Kansas. KEY’S focus is on work, industrial and outdoor related apparel. KEY is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. The position will be responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers, as well as communicating effectively with team members.
Essential Functions Include:
Provide timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests.
Processes customer orders/changes/returns
Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items.
Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.
Excellent people and communication skills are essential as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel required.
