*Non-Expedited Orders (Standard & UPS Ground):  Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

**Expedited Orders (2nd Day Delivery & Overnight): Orders placed using expedited shipping must be received by 12:00 PM Central Time, in order to leave the warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time, or anytime on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will not ship until the next business day. Expedited shipping is only available on orders shipped in the contiguous 48 states (AK and HI excluded) and may not be available in all areas.

All shipping options are for Monday - Friday delivery.

Standard Shipping Options

STANDARD DELIVERY

With a combination of speed and convenience, KEY Apparel uses both UPS and the USPS services in order to get your shipment to you in the most effective way. UPS picks up your package at our distribution center and delivers it to your local post office for final delivery to your mailbox or door by USPS within 5-7 business days after it leaves our warehouse. (Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment).

Another Standard Delivery method is straight delivery through the USPS, your order can be delivered using either method.

UPS GROUND

Orders sent UPS Ground are shipped only via UPS directly to your door and should normally arrive in 3-5 business days after leaving our warehouse. (Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment.) Not available outside the contiguous 48 United States.

FREE SHIPPING

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped using the most economical method, between UPS, USPS or a combination of the two. Orders sent Standard Shipping should normally arrive in 5-7 business days after leaving our warehouse. (Please allow 1-2 business days to prepare your order for shipment.) Not available outside the contiguous 48 United States.

Expedited Shipping Options

2ND DAY DELIVERY (MONDAY-FRIDAY DELIVERY)

Orders sent 2nd Day Delivery are shipped via UPS and must be placed by 12:00 PM Central Time. Orders received after 12:00 pm on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and holidays, will not ship until the next business day. Not available outside the contiguous 48 United States. May not be available in all areas.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (MONDAY-FRIDAY DELIVERY)

Orders sent Overnight Shipping are shipped via UPS and must be placed by 12:00 PM Central Time, in order to leave the warehouse the same day. Orders received after 12:00 PM CST, or on Saturday, Sunday and holidays, will not ship until the next business day. Overnight delivery provided by carrier does not include delivery on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. Not available outside the contiguous 48 United States. May not be available in all areas.

International Orders

International orders and orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii cannot be entered on this site. Please contact us at customerservice@keyapparel.com for a shipping quote, rates vary based on total weight and final destination. Pricing does not include brokerage fees, duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the relevant Customs office.

Backorders

We do not hold backorders for out of stock items. All out of stock items will be canceled from the order and your payment method will be adjusted to reflect only the items shipped.

Order Cancellation

We pride ourselves on processing your order promptly so you can receive it sooner. When you place an order, we process it immediately. Once you submit an order, we are unable to cancel or change the order.

Defective Merchandise

We guarantee that all merchandise that you receive is new and free from defects. Please inspect all items immediately when you receive them. If you feel you have a garment with a defect that was caused in the manufacturing of that item please contact us, call 1-800-835-0365 or e-mail returns@keyapparel.com. If an item is found to be defective, we will gladly replace the item.

Return Policy

Our return policy covers brand new items that have not been used or worn. Please inspect all your items when you receive them before using them.

Items purchased on our website may not be exchanged or returned at retail locations that carry KEY products.

Return Instructions

At keyapparel.com we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please complete a return within 30 days after you receive your order.
All unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags and packaging may be returned for refund to the original payment method used to place the order. All items must be returned as first quality goods in the same condition in which they were originally shipped.

Here’s how to make a return: 

  1. Please complete the online return form below.

  2. You will receive an email with your free return label. Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to receive your return label by email.

  3. Print your return label.

  4. Pack the return securely and include a copy of your return form or packing slip. You may use the original packaging, a soft side mailer/bag or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.

  5. Stick the return label on the outside of the packaging or box.

  6. Take your return package to USPS, UPS or FedEx location as applicable.

  7. After we receive your return, we will issue your refund. Please allow up to 5-7 business days after receipt for us to process the return.

How long do I have to make a return? 

You have 30 days from the date of your order to make a return. We only accept returns of first quality goods with all tags attached. Please ensure all returned items are in their original condition.

When will I get my refund? 

You will receive a refund within 5-7 business days from the date we receive your return. The amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Original shipping is non-refundable. 

Can I exchange the items in my order? 

We are unable to make exchanges at this time.
