Shipping and Returns
Expedited Shipping (2nd Day Air and Next Day Air)
If you select second day air or next day air and you place your order before 12:00 PM Central Time, your order will ship on the day it is placed. All expedited orders entered after 12:00 PM Central Time will ship the following business day (excluding weekends and holidays). International orders and orders containing out of stock items cannot be shipped the same day.
Post Office Boxes
Orders entered with a P.O. Box number as the shipping address will be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
International orders and orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii cannot be entered on this web site. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a shipping quote, rates vary based on total weight and final destination. All international orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Pricing does not include brokerage fees, duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes. If assessed, these charges are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the relevant Customs office.
We do not hold backorders for out of stock items. All out of stock items will be canceled from the order and your payment method will be adjusted to reflect only the items shipped.
Our return policy covers brand new items that have not been used or worn. Please inspect all your items when you receive them before using them.
At Keyapparel.com we want you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us regarding a return or exchange within 60 days after you receive your order (call 1-800-835-0365 or e-mail email@example.com). All unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags and packaging may be exchanged or returned and credited using the same method you used to purchase your order. All items must be returned in the same condition in which they were originally shipped.
- A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds issued as a result of returns. The restocking fee does not apply to exchanges.
- Please request a return or exchange by contacting customer service (e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-800-835-0365). If you meet the requirements of our returns policy you will be given a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. We can e-mail, fax, or mail the form based on your preference.
- Pack the return securely. You may use the original packaging or any plain, unmarked cardboard box to ship your return.
- Take your package to a shipping provider near you. Please do NOT use a drop box. We encourage you to return the item via UPS, Fed Ex, USPS or some other insured, traceable shipper as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us and we sign for it.
- Keyapparel.com is not responsible for return shipping charges unless the garment is defective.
- After we receive your return, we will issue your refund or ship the item you would like in exchange. Please allow up to five business days after receipt for us to process the return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We guarantee that all merchandise that you receive is new and free from defects. Please inspect all items right when you receive them. If you feel you have a garment with a defect that was caused in the manufacturing of that item please contact us, call 1-800-835-0365 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item is found to be defective, we will gladly replace the item or issue you a refund.
