In some cases, you might need to submit additional documentation. For example, if your name has changed since your military documentation was issued, you’ll also need to upload a government-issued document that shows your current name.

Once your eligibility has been verified, you’ll receive an email with a military discount promo code. Enter your promo code in your shopping cart to get your 10% discount.

You’ll usually receive an email with your promo code instantly. If you don’t, it should arrive within 20 minutes.

You can only use each military discount promo code once. But each time you order from KEY Apparel, you can verify your eligibility again for another code. That means you can keep using your military discount on every order.

Unfortunately, you can only apply your discount to future orders.

Discounts can be used for any future purchase. Discounts can be applied to merchandise already on sale or clearance, but only one discount code may be applied per order.
