Chambray Long Sleeve Western Shirt

Nice sturdy shirt. Medium size runs large. Was hoping for a lighter weight fabric - chambrey shirts of my memory were good in hot weather. This seems more like light denim.

This is a darn good shirt. Big fan of the Key logger dungaree (as a logger) most guys wear hickory’s in the woods, as I usually do, but after finding a picture of my great grandpa hunting in some brushy country wearing a snap button chambray shirt I thought I’d try one, so I bought a short sleeve and a long sleeve along with my last purchase of pants. The short sleeve shirt is still spiffy, but the long sleeve has been my go to for the past two weeks of setting chokers and (mostly) running cat in the current west coast heat wave. Jaggers and branches haven’t ripped the sleeves or belly yet, which is a lot to say of such a light fabric. So far I’ve washed the shirt three times and wet it down every now and then when i get too hot. It’s like wearing an air conditioning unit. Size runs a tad on the longer side, I’m 5’11 190lbs or so and my frame is wide to shoulder, fit is perfect on the shoulder chest and arms, a bit much in the belly and a bit long in the torso, but then again I don’t tuck my shirts in or wear suspenders. Thanks KEY for continuing to make a pant that a big legged logger can high step in, and now I thank you all for making a shirt that can keep a guys arms from getting tore up in during hot weather.

Fits great and looks great

I’m “Big and Tall” and have a really long torso and arms. 4XLT and 3XLT fit me well. If you want the longest possible tails and longest possible sleeve length-you may want to size up. Price is outstanding in similar shirts across brands. I’d give this a 4.75 stars if I could, but I think if the Tall sizes had longer tails and sleeves it would be 5+ stars. Just order some….I have four.

I wore this shirt all summer working in a metal fabrication shop. The western long sleeve shirts are very comfortable to wear the length is perfect! The only complaint I have is the pearl snap buttons wear out fast. After a while they want to unsnap.
